Pavol Strýček, Ing., CSc., MBA
Founder and Director - pstrycek@msys.skPrior to forming Management Systems Slovakia in 1996, Pavol worked at various top management positions. He has a broad range of experience in business strategy formulation and execution and with transforming the organizations to world class standard. Currently, he focuses on the development and implementation of tools and methods for building “A Future-Oriented Organization”.
Pavol’s expertise is Lean Six Sigma, Theory Of Constraints, Policy Deployment, Demand Driven MRP, leadership and change management skills to successfully implement them.
Pavol has consulted a number of leading companies in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Finland, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden and USA. He has passed a range of training courses in management at leading institutions in the U.S.A. and the U.K. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business and a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Zilina.
We partner and cooperate with leading consultants and trainers from Slovakia and abroad. Based on the actual needs of our clients we create teams that have needed know-how and experience.
