Management Systems is a member of world-wide UMS Network

Management Systems is a leading provider of performance improvement training and consulting in Slovakia. We have been working with the leading providers in Germany and the USA since our founding in 1995.

With the aim to enhance existing cooperation consultants and consulting companies from Argentina, Brazil, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Poland, Sweden, UK, USA, and Slovakia met in Frankfurt at the end of January.

Previous common activities focused primarily on projects for multinational clients have been expanded to unification of training systems and consulting/coaching methods, development of know-how, and sharing the best practices.

UMS Network with global coverage has been formally established. Members are the leading providers of Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, Policy Deployment/Hoshin Planning training and consulting. UMS Network operates in 17 European, 8 Asian, Northern and Southern America countries.

A common strategy aimed at expected trends in implementing Six Sigma and Lean has been developed. They will continue to be successfully used for process improvement and optimization. Significant growth is expected in applying Design For Six Sigma and Lean in design and innovations of products and services.
