Coaching of the management team of SCA Hygiene Products, Olawa, Poland, is aimed at improvement and development of management systems. During regular coaching sessions we have (1) formulated vision of transformation, (2) defined strategies to support vision – projects, initiatives and their target values for 2008, and (3) developed detailed action plans for each project/initiative.
To formulate transformation strategies and to monitor progress Policy Deployment method is being used. It allows for systematic break-down of vision and long-term strategic goals into (1) objectives of the current year and (2) subordinated organization levels/units.
The role of coach is to provide methodology, recommendations and training to execute strategy, i.e. to complete projects and initiatives.
