SPC: Statistical Process Control Implementation. SPC implementation plan on the key business and production processes has been drafted in cooperation with the representatives of our long-term client.
As a part of their on-going efforts to improving performance and business results the top management have decided to make the next step. To deepen knowledge and get better understanding of the key processes the company will implement SPC to process monitoring and control.
In cooperation with responsible people of the company we have drafted the detailed implementation plan. Training and coaching of implementers at all levels of the organization is an integral part of the plan. Special emphasis will be given on the front-line process operators.
