Pavol Strýček, Ing., CSc., MBA
Director - pstrycek@msys.skPrior to forming Management Systems Slovakia, Pavol worked at various top management positions. He has a broad range of experience in business strategy formulation and execution and with transforming the organizations to world class standard. Currently, he focuses on the development and implementation of tools and methods for building " A Future-Oriented Organization". Pavol has consulted a number of leading companies in Slovakia, Austria, Finland, Poland, Romania and Sweden. He has passed a range of training courses in management at leading institutions in the U.S.A. and the U.K. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business and a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from Žilinská Univerzita.
Andrea Pavliková, Ing.
consultant Lean Six Sigma - pavlikova@msys.skAndrea Pavliková graduated in Industrial Engineering. Her specialization is applying Six Sigma and Lean tools to improve operations and business processes. One of the most important projects she has completed is the project of material flow reorganization and production planning improvement. She has passed Black Belt training program provided by Air Academy Associates, Inc., Colorado Springs, USA. Currently she works as a full time Black Belt.
Dušan Pavlik, Ing.
Consultant Lean Six Sigma - pavlik@msys.skBefore Dušan joined Management Systems he worked as an Industrial Engineer for Swedwood Slovakia, production plant at Jasná. He was responsible for improving the operational processes. He has completed a number of projects aimed to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness of the critical production lines, to balance material flow and to improve logistics. Dušan graduated in Indistrial Engineering. He has passed Black Belt training program provided by Air Academy Associates, Inc., Colorado Springs, USA. Currently he works as a full time Black Belt specialized in improvements of manufacturing processes.
Miriam Kasanická, Ing
Junior consultant - kasanicka@msys.skMiriam graduated from the Faculty of Management, University of Economics at Bratislava. Her specialization is in applying Six Sigma in improving transactional business processes. She is a member of the Six Sixma Pilot Project team in Slovak Telecom.
Miroslav Majtáz, Ing.
Junior consultant - majtaz@msys.skMiroslav Majtáz is a junior consultant specializing at implementation of Lean and Six Sigma to improve business processes. He is a graduated Industrial Engineer from Tomas Bata University at Zlín, Czech Republic. Miroslav is trained Six Sigma Green Belt and as a member of focused consulting teams participates at Six Sigma projects of our clients.
